Custom, personalised, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are created to your specifications. Please check names, spelling, files, sizes, and instructions carefully before approving or placing an order.

Processing times

Processing times shown on the website are estimates. Custom work, busy periods, material availability, and proof approval timing can affect completion dates.

Proofs and approvals

Where a proof or mockup is supplied, production begins after approval. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Returns

Because custom products are made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are generally not available. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
